Construction Equipment Repair Specialist Jobs

Construction experience is preferred but not required

Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage preferred.

Must be willing to work in confined spaces and trenches

Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job

Travel to the customer's home to install the job

Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times

Perform cleaning and ensure that clean rooms, equipment, and production instruments are maintained in good condition to maintain quality compliance requirements.

Train and ensure operational staff comply to cGMP, HSE, and Quality requirements.

Perform activities for qualification and validation as required.

Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are stored and used as per HSE requirements and has SDS available.

Sound knowledge of Upstream, Downstream and MWS equipment and procedures.

Ensures smooth operation of influenza manufacturing processes.

•2-3 years work experience in Maintenance is preferred

•A track record exhibiting the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple individuals and departments.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong team player capable of working a fast-paced environment with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

• Maintains machine parts inventory and processes orders.

An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered an acceptable substitute for education and specific experience as listed above.

Handles requests for equipment or supplies for studies with minimal supervision

Maintain equipments inventory and calibration list up to date.

High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)

Inspect equipment to identify any issues.

Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.

Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
