Job Description

General Contractor looking for a lead carpenter.


We are a current team of 5 and we are looking for someone to be lead carpenter on our sites. The company is growing and we're looking for someone to become a fundamental part of the company.


Responsibilities

-Read and execute on site carpentry needs as per plans, which can include:

  • Finishing Carpentry/Woodwork
  • Rough Carpentry
  • (Pocket) Door installations
  • Demolition work
  • Basic Plastering


-Organize and manage other team members on site, (not only would you be lead carpenter, we'd expect you to be team lead)


Qualifications

We are open to self trained carpenters as long as they have some prior experience in residential renovations as well as new builds.


Necessities: ASP Security Card
