What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, visitors, and the general public
• Handle general administrative duties such as typing documents, sorting mail, and photocopying
• Receive and redirect external calls, respond to resident inquiries, and provide assistance as required
• Monitor surveillance cameras, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Operate and maintain all office equipment

What You Bring

• Experience working in an office environment
• The flexibility to work shifts at various times of day including weekends
• Proficiency with MS Office
• The ability to work independently without direct supervision and in a team environment
