Promotions Team, (Part-Time, Casual)

We are looking for individuals with skating experience to join our team in helping to provide unforgettable experiences to our fans by executing in-stand and on-ice promotions.

This is a part-time casual role based upon the organization’s event and hockey calendar which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Main Responsibilities

Hockey Games (Primary Role)

• Shift will begin 1.5 hours before puck drop and end shortly following the end of game.
• Select participants for in-game promos by using appropriate judgment and following team guidelines.
• Responsible for executing promotions, giveaways, and contests both in-stand and on-ice.
• Host contest winners, performers, and special guests.
• Work with team members to enhance the overall fan experience at Canadian Tire Centre
• Selected members are required to be available for 70% of Ottawa Senators home games

Canadian Tire Centre Events (Secondary Role As Required)

• Promotions team members may be asked to work additional Canadian Tire Centre events outside of Senators hockey games

Requirements

• Shows initiative and takes action with an appropriate level of independence
• Friendly and approachable demeanor to connect with fans and create positive interactions
• Responsible and reliable
• All applicants must have experience skating. Please list experience level in application.
• Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
