This position is for our Extendicare St. Catharines Home, located in St. Catharines

Available opportunities include: Part Time and Casual positions

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN)
