What You’ll Be Doing

As a Visiting Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.

You will use your clinical skills to ensure your clients receive the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellent client service and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.

Opportunity: Full Time, Part Time and Casual - Every other weekend rotation

Hours: Flexible work hours

• Infusion therapy and wound care experience
• Some palliative experience

Required Documents (to Be Submitted Before Start Date)

• Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Step 1 and 2 TB Screening
• Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Current Police Check vulnerable sector Screening; valid within 6 months
• Updated Immunization Records, First Aid & CPR/BLS
