Job Description

Manage Crumbl’s brand voice and image across all social media platforms (CAN) while reviewing social media metrics to build and improve campaign strategies. Craft responses to customer’s feedback and messages on various platforms as well as response plans for Crumbl’s marketing initiatives. Grow and develop a strong community sentiment across all social platforms.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop sound practices and procedures for consistent community engagement.
  • Adapt to continuous growth from the Crumbl Community.
  • Engage with and establish a strong community presence for Crumbl Canada.
  • Monitor social campaigns/UGC and analyze web traffic from the community.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain a community hospitality program.
  • Track and report community sentiment, engagement and growth across all platforms.
  • Be present with the community during important campaigns and social strategies.
  • Use cross-team communication to report community findings to proper departments


Other Duties


As Canada’s community and customer base expands, so will the duties of this position. As a manager of the Community, duties such as payroll, keeping attendance, finding shift coverage, online review management, customer assist inquiries, as well as scheduling and holding meetings may be required.


Qualifications


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and results-oriented culture;
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience roles;
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills;
  • Experience leading and/or developing a team;
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in ambiguity;
  • Familiarity with data analytics and methods of data compilation;
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Emplifi, Monday and any other programs utilized by Crumbl. Additionally, MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure and prioritize work;

Working Conditions


This is a salary, full-time, remote position. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc. Work hour adaptations due to time-zone differences may be required.
