BLAGIK is an Organization that supports and promotes black designers and creators from all around the world. We strive to work with designers and creators to reach new markets and expand their brand through our website (Blagik.com) and different events in America.
Blagik is currently looking for a Community Manager intern based in Canadato :
●Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
●Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media accounts
●Respond to customers in a timely manner
●Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
●Respond to customers in a timely manner
●Stay up-to-date with competition and digital technology trends.
●Optimize the website.
Requirements
●Proven work experience or internship as a community manager or similar role
●Experience planning and leading community initiatives
●Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
●Excellent verbal communication skills
●Excellent writing skills
●Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
●Hands on experience with social media management
●Ability to interpret website traffic
●Knowledge of online marketing
●Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
●Currently enrolled in an under grade programme in Marketing, communication or and related Field.
●Bilingual: French and English (spoken & written)
The position is a 3 months’ internship to be done 100% remote from anywhere in Canada and the successful candidate must have the right to work in Canada (work permit, student permit, PR or citizen)

Blagik est actuellement à la recherche d’un Community Manager stagiaire en ligne basé au Canada qui viendra :
-Élaborer, planifier et implémenter des campagnes et stratégies de communication sur les réseaux sociaux.
-Créer du contenu (articles, des images et vidéos) qui permettent d’améliorer l’engagement sur tous les comptes des réseaux sociaux.
-Répondre aux demandes des clients en temps opportun.
-Rechercher, faire le suivi et répertorier les commentaires et les revues en ligne.
-Etre à jour sur la compétition et les différentes tendances technologiques.
-Faire l’optimisation du site Web.
Prérequis
●Expérience de travail avérée ou stage comme Community Manager ou dans un rôle similaire.
●Expérience dans la planification et la conduite d’initiatives en ligne.
●Capacités à identifier et répertorier les statistiques pertinentes pour la gestion de la communauté en ligne.
●Excellentes aptitudes de communication : parler et écrit.
●Excellent aptitudes interpersonnelles et de présentation
●Expérience aguerrie dans la gestion des médias / réseaux sociaux.
●Excellentes habiletés d'interprétation du trafic sur un site web.
●Connaissances du marketing digital
●Excellent attention au détail, capacité d’analyse et gestion de problèmes.
●Actuellement enrôlé dans un programme universitaire de premier cycle en marketing, communication ou autre branche reliée.
●Bilingue : français et Anglais (parler et écrit)
Le poste de Community Manager est un poste stagiaire 100% à distance (en ligne) de partout au Canada. Le candidat choisi devra avoir le droit de travailler au Canada (permis d’étude, permis de travail, Résidence Permanente ou citoyenneté Canadienne).
