The Opportunity


The role answers to a shared global marketing pipeline goal and requires a strong grasp of the demand generation waterfall to ensure optimization across each stage of the lead funnel. Our campaign management team are tightly aligned with our sales goals and lead with best practice, experiment with content formats, and continually measure, learn and finesse to drive engagement across our campaign plans. The Marketing Programs Manager will continue to drive the campaign quality and lead the team to continued success.


Strategy


What You Will Do


  • Provide recommendations on how to better achieve results through CRM strategies
  • Assist in creating strategy and KPI dashboards for results of all digital channels (paid media, inbound, SEO, PPC, social media, blog)
  • Experiment with new concepts, platforms, strategies, and vendors
  • Campaign leadership: Create and drive owned and paid marketing campaigns from end-to-end (plan, execute, report, optimize) to meet key performance metrics
  • Develop and iterate on our demand generation processes to continuously improve the way things are done


Execute


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns in Marketo, including the construction of workflows to support re-engagement and nurturing campaigns.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly engagement, traffic, and keyword goals
  • Work with the internal and external teams to form new audience segments for advanced targeting
  • Drive tactics to optimize each stage of the marketing funnel across all digital marketing channels and vendors
  • Possess familiarity with lead scoring and attribution functionality within Marketo and how it interfaces with Salesforce
  • Continually optimize & rebalance marketing activities to drive the highest overall ROI possible
  • Deep understanding and working knowledge of the mechanics of how leads move through the funnel from a marketing automation perspective
  • Launch and maintain lead acquisition and nurture campaigns, both internally and externally
  • Performing day-to-day email writing, editing, or crafting for lead programs
  • Manage relationships with outside agencies responsible for paid media


Metrics


  • Leverage data analytics to report on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Lead forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand creation activities
  • Build reports and dashboards in Marketo and Salesforce to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.


Collaborate


  • Work with cross-functional team members to collaborate on digital marketing programs, content strategy, product launches and other strategic initiatives
  • Interface with Sales teams on upcoming campaigns, as well as seek qualitative feedback from them on marketing efforts
  • Partner with product marketing and other marketing team members to support and deliver on TrustArc’s go-to-market strategy
What You Will Bring


  • BA/BS with 5-7 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Engineer an efficient and scalable customer acquisition machine leveraging a combination of owned and paid programs
  • Skillfully utilize Marketo and Salesforce to refine lead nurturing and qualification.
  • Extensive experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Zoom. (Domo a plus)
  • Experience with Google Analytics. Ability to interpret website and blog statistics and identify areas for optimization.
  • Strong marketing automation or operations background
  • Enjoy working across functions and at all levels of the company
  • Great writing skills and a talent for making complex things sound simple via user stories, product requirement documents, sales tools/training, etc.Proven experience working in digital marketing organization


Nice To Have


  • Experience creating a programmatic and scalable approach to A/B testing for email and web, in order to help innovate programs and content on our platforms.
  • Collaborate with the web team to develop and execute our conversion rate optimization strategy across our landing pages
  • Versatility: As a small team, we all stretch at times, so this role will get into elements of growth marketing, marketing strategist, product marketing, field marketing, etc., from time to time.  A great opportunity for someone with range/breadth to their skillset.
  • Support the growth and development of TrustArc’s website to ensure a seamless experience for prospects and existing customers on both web and mobile

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
