Community Digital Experience Intern Jobs

Working knowledge of online community platforms (inSided, Khoros, Thrive, influitive) and Customer Success Manager CRMs (Totango, Gainsight, ChurnZero, PlanHat)

Manage content through the entire cycle, from brief to scheduling to publishing.

2+ years prior experience building, maintaining, and moderating an online community for customers, preferably in the Saas industry.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Strong business communication skills (verbal and written)

Proven ability to create, develop, and manage cross-functional and customer relationships.

You will work with your Community Manager to understand your market and prioritize effective messaging

You are a current undergraduate student or a recent college graduate, or equivalent experience

You have experience and interest in planning and coordinating events

You have strong written and verbal communication skills

You have experience with social media copywriting and asset coordination

You will help to plan and execute events including remarkable parties, local meet-ups, and happy hours

Minimum 2 year in digital/user experience/site optimization/digital community management type role

Knowledge of product feedback loop processes and project management tools

Reporting and follow up of issues management with each digital vendor.

Provide feedback and execute improvements based on learned experience to product manager

Manage community engagement programs and on-the-ground activities related to the promotion of new products (launch & on-board)

Post-secondary education in Business/Commerce or Marketing, Digital Marketing

Minimum 2 year in digital/user experience/site optimization/digital community management type role

Correspond with charity partners involved with Telethon

Write thank you letters to donors
