Description

Our downtown Vancouver based client is looking for a Collections Manager to join their growing team. This role is full time in office and manages a team of 8-10 collection officers.

Duties

• Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss
• Attend to inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the collections department

Requirements

Must Have's:

• Payday loan experience
• Management experience
• 5+ years of collections experience
