Job Description
Credit & Collections Manager
We are seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to join the growing MediaMonks Finance (DDM) team. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who is able to prioritize their workflow to the team’s objectives. The candidate will be expected to: lead a global collections team, be the point of escalation for collections disputes, own process improvement projects, and enforce a credit policy.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Cross functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management teams to raise awareness of disputes, discrepancies, collection efforts, and mitigation of credit risk actions
  • Intervening on escalation matters and engaging in professional discussions with clients
  • Reviewing weekly AR Aging and advising team on approach and tactics
  • Guiding the Collection Team’s workflow and task prioritization
  • Performing routine assessments of client credit risk
  • Review of current policy and procedures and leading on-going process improvement initiatives
  • Aiding the Credit Management Analyst in credit policy review and enforcement
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of billing/collections experience preferred
  • Excel in analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments
  • Knowledge of international collections approaches and familiarity with different regional credit laws
  • Experience managing conflict resolution
  • Working in a global team setting
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment
  • QuickBooks, Netsuite, and UpFlow experience preferred
  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance related field
