Job Title: Contract CFO
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract CFO to join our team on a temporary basis. The Contract CFO will be responsible for providing financial leadership and strategic direction to the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of financial management and will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the company's cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to the company's senior leadership team.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of long-term financial plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management
