Our client is a $100M+ entrepreneurial, global CPG organization (food). With a target to grow revenue 3-4x in five years, both organically and through acquisitions, the company has bold aspirations. Based in Bolton, ON, the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer with a dotted line report to the Chief Operating Officer and currently leading a 5-person team. The CFO will drive and manage all aspects of the finance function, including serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO and will provide solutions and value-added information that improve the company's financial management, including cash management and capital management structure, supporting its ongoing growth ambitions. The CFO will provide the financial expertise and leadership required to drive operational efficiency and enterprise value, and focus on integrating acquisitions, including driving synergies, team and culture building, and ensuring optimal business performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience. The CFO will bring a successful track record leading within high-growth, mid-sized manufacturing and/or distribution environments. A strong voice on capital management/structure, the CFO will demonstrate excellence in all aspects of financial operations and accounting with an ability to utilize existing resources best while also identifying gaps in the business and areas of improvement. With a previous background in acquisitive businesses, the CFO brings experience building an M&A playbook and successfully integrating acquisitions and driving synergies to ensure optimal business performance.
