Job Description
Do you like managing a call center, coaching team leaders and taking care of continuous improvement? If so, keep reading! It is for a medium-sized multinational company established on the market for more than 40 years located near Saint-Constant. It specializes in the distribution of automotive parts, tools and accessories while ensuring the design and manufacturing aspects. The company is looking for a call center manager to supervise 3 team leaders for a group of more than 35 employees. Possibility of hybrid work.
Main Responsibilities
  • Give training and support to three team leaders
  • Perform all other tasks complementary to the function.
  • Replace a team leader as needed
  • Write reports and enter data into in-house software.
  • Set realistic goals
  • Manage a call center by evaluating daily performance to improve call handling quality and productivity.
  • Participate in hiring call center staff
  • Manage agent schedules and overtime
  • See to the continuous improvement of call center agents and team leaders.
Ideal Candidate
  • Ready to also work on call management to occasionally replace a team leader
  • Empathetic and good communicator -Society and fair
  • Functional bilingual -Good communicator
  • College diploma or experience can compensate for training
  • Good management of priorities and organized
  • 5 years of experience in managing a call center
Terms
  • Beautiful renovated office.
  • Be available to finish later in the evening, on occasion, if necessary.
  • Full-time, permanent position. 40 hours.
  • Participation in a group RRSP plan;
