Job Description

The Call Center Assistant acts as a consultant on our products.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Explore our portfolio
  • Identify client needs and interests, help clients navigate our portfolio to understand what can be most profitable.
  • Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Discuss the qualifications defined in the conditions.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner.


QUALIFICATION:

  • Well-honed verbal communication skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of call center fundamentals and technologies
  • Main qualifications:
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to quickly establish and maintain contact with clients


ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Flexible schedule, sometimes evening hours (before 20:00) may be required in the future

Saturdays may be required in the future (one Saturday per month)
