Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technology product management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. 4. Strong knowledge of the latest technology trends.

What you’ll be working on
:
The Business Manager - Technology Products will lead our technology operations, focusing on the development, implementation, and management of our proprietary parking technology products. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of core business principles, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of technology and product management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the technology suite via leadership of development teams 3. Work with senior management to define, refine, and maintain project plans and timelines, and take ownership of alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile software engineering best practices
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure effective positioning and promotion of our technology products.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the product offerings for each project
• Oversee the lifecycle of our technology products from conception to launch, and through subsequent iterations.
• Establish effective communication plans and ensure their execution to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Regularly report to senior management on product performance, progress, and future plans.
• Lead the product planning process by setting project KPIs and coordinating with various teams to achieve these metrics.
