• Self managed
• 5+ years of experience leading the QA process
• Strong written and verbal communication
• 2+ years managing a team of of QA engineers
• Able to identity patterns
• Strong collaboration
• Critical thinker
• Detail oriented
• Experience building a QA process from 0 to 1
• Experience with an automated testing framework such as Cypress

What You’ll Be Working On
A Senior QA team member who can build our manual and automated QA testing from 0 to 1 and
execute and oversee software testing in the company.
The QA team member’s mission is to ensure that we have a high quality product, reduced bugs,
sped up feature development, and tests satisfying compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• The quality of the product
• Design and organize the QA testing plan for rigorous, repeatable testing
• Work with product, design, and engineering to determine test parameters
• Execute the QA testing plan with a combination of manual and automated testing both

for new features and regression testing

• Build and maintain automated testing infrastructure
• Troubleshoot, report, and explain bugs to engineering, product, and design
• Evolve testing plan based on quality issues, new user stories, and compliance

requirements (e.g. SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO)

• Mentor future QA team members
• Provide level 2 support
