AGM Renovations is looking for you! As one of the fastest-growing renovation companies in North America, we are seeking a Telemarketer to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Persuading potential customers to book an appointment with the Virtual Sales Consultant
• Following protocol to keep customers’ personal information secure
• Gathering data on sales leads and identifying potential opportunities
• Calling prospects to see if there is interest in renovation services

Qualification:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to generate leads daily in accordance with established sales quotas
• Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
• Strong negotiation skills
• Persistence and being able to answer questions and address concerns
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
