THE OPPORTUNITY
Requirements

Assist the Head of Global Marketing Ops - Lifecycle Marketing Operations and GM Ops PMO Lead by serving as an experienced Program Manager.
Focusses will be on facilitating and progressing key initiatives/projects of the team and enabling/delivering the key aspects of Scaled Delivery Frameworks and Programmatic execution. This will be primarily achieved by utilizing the existing Atlassian suite of tools to provide status updates, blockers and communications cross-functionally to ensure successful program execution. Assistance in communication and coordination of the GM Ops Portfolio of programs at all levels of comms hierarchy will be a key component in the execution of this role.
Ideally if this person has a background in Marketing Operations or the more technical aspects of project management and delivery then this is a bonus.
What You’ll Be Working On
Key Responsibilities Include:
Project Delivery

• Collaborate with PMO Lead on future thought leadership to ensure alignment on latest industry best practices for Delivery across Theory, Tooling and Processes.
• Helping in organizing and owning daily/weekly ceremonies based on the goals of the organization (e.g. Intake, Quarterly Readiness, Backlog refinement)
• Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Operations on a Key Cross team Program that is aimed towards how we can better enhance and improve our lead management enhancements
• Meeting with cross-team stakeholders to discuss program status and goals at team, program and exec level if needed
• Help facilitate change management initiatives as they relate to leadership proposals, new initiatives and the roll out / enablement of strategic projects.

PMO Tools and Processes

• Engagement with external stakeholders to obtain status updates and identify blockers on key initiatives.
• Regularly connect with the head of Lifecycle Marketing Ops (LMOPs) on priorities and key initiatives for the current and upcoming Sprints in order to track and identify next steps, needed stakeholder input or alignment within or across the team.
• Help in collating Reporting insights through the use of key data fields in order to enact change through informed decisions
• Assist in development of materials and processes to enable adoption and enablement of internal delivery framework processes and rigor
• Lead and maintain the efforts of Strategy execution and vision through internal tools and processes such as Atlas (Atlassians In-house Exec comms tool)
• Assist in the organization and development of training materials for key aspects of our day to day operations that pertain to Delivery
• Assist the PMO org in organizing, grooming and communicating with team members the status and health of their priorities as identified on our Jira Advanced Roadmap. This includes backlog grooming, data hygiene (DOR) rigor and follow up.
