Business Consultant - Qualitative Research

Daily Responsibilities:

• Test and learn with new and enhanced methodologies to achieve the highest standard in research excellence
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner\
• Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure client insights are embedded throughout the business journey
• Be responsible for the project management from initiation through field work to reporting
• Designing, conducting & reporting on qualitative research at the front end of Design Thinking Process to surface deep consumer need with the end goal of supporting business growth.
• Leverage existing knowledge from the research team and the enterprise to uncover better insights by bringing in multiple information sources.
• Adopt the most cost effective ways of addressing the research needs

Must-have Skills/Experiences:

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in qualitative research on the supplier/vendor side
• Proven ability in translating complex research data into actionable and compelling insights for business partners
• Innovative thinker with proven experience to demonstrate outside of the box thinking
• Passion for narrative building and storytelling
• Demonstrated collaborative skills in a cross-functional and information sharing environment
• Superior project management and presentation skills
• Ability to function in a fast pace environment with the ability to quickly pivot
• Superior knowledge and practical experience on a wide range of mixed-methods research methods.

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience:

• Fluency in French and/or another language(s) is a major asset
• Master’s in anthropology, sociology or other social science discipline
• Experience working with data analytics to develop a succinct and cohesive story
