Overseeing project management and ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.

Act as contact in support of Senior Management.

3+ years (Manager) of direct and relevant experience.

Ability to work independently and with a team, with solid time management and personal accountability for task completion.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral are required.

Screener, Discussion Guide and Report writing experience alongside ability to analyze Qual Insights.

 Experienced at synthesizing consumer research findings & determining relevant implications (minimum 1 year experience needed)

 Confident in your interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills

 Learn about our clients’ needs and research objectives

 Analyze consumer videos, taking clear and detailed notes

 Create an insightful PowerPoint report, summarizing key learnings and recommendations that will help our clients achieve their business objectives

 [Optional] Create video clips of important moments from consumer videos

May support other research projects by providing knowledge, skills, and on-the-job training to others

Applies specialized skills and knowledge in the maintenance and development of core systems and processes

Has expert knowledge of the hands-on work performed as part of the operations and development activities of the group

Minimum 3-5 years of post-doctoral experience in a relevant research area

Experience working on research projects with Black and/or racialized communities

1-2 years work experience in research coordination, qualitative methods, analysis, and reporting in a consulting, non-profit, government, or a related field

Outstanding organization skills and a high level of attention to detail

Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills with team members of all levels, cultures, and backgrounds

Strong problem-solving skills, exercising maturity, discretion, and good judgement in complex situations

Experience conducting program evaluations, especially within non-profit organizations or government agencies

Experience using Condens, or other qualitative research software; Qualtrics; Salesforce or other CRM databases

Two years of related research experience in palliative care or death/grief studies.

Coordinate, process, and submit forms to the Research Ethics Board.

Liaise with community organizations and study participants (e.g., recruitment, reimbursements, honoraria).

Facilitate research interviews and focus groups.

Transcribe, code, and analyze qualitative data

Post-secondary Social Science or Health Science degree

Knowledge of best practices and principles of teaching and course evaluation, and outcomes assessment, particularly within a higher education setting.

Excellent knowledge of research methodology, analytical reasoning, problem solving, data analysis, and report writing skills.

Excellent knowledge of qualitative data analysis software (i.e. NVivo, ATLAS.ti, MAZQDA, Quirkos).

Excellent knowledge of qualitative methodologies, such as content analysis, transcription analysis, discourse analysis, coding, text interpretation, recursive abstraction, grounded theory methodology.

Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
