We are looking for a talented Senior Research Lead to help clients better compete in their market by focusing them in on the areas that will resonate the most with their customers, through delivery of strategy consulting projects, publishing of thought leadership, and delivery of primary research projects.

You will scope, manage and deliver innovative primary research projects for retailers and manufacturers. You will also manage and analyze data from the customer strategy & insights team’s database, in order to provide thought leadership and deepen understanding of the grocery market for dunnhumby internally and to our clients and prospects

You will also have the opportunity to create new products/services, build new thought leadership frameworks, and identify unique insights that better position dunnhumby and its employees as strategic thought partners for the grocery industry.

You will join the Americas Customer Strategy and Insights team, an entrepreneurial group that is constantly exploring new ways to deliver value to dunnhumby and its clients.

What we expect from you

• Experience applying advanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, drivers analysis, etc.) to solve a variety of complex problems.
• Experience in primary research data analysis packages, such as: SPSS, Q, Displayr.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant subject
• Experience or strong interest in learning a visualization package that creates self-serve insights for end-users, such as Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard visualization software
