Experience in hands-on laboratory practices such as cryogenic and vacuum systems;

Experience working with laboratory optical components and systems (detectors, lasers, etc.);

Experience in designing laboratory experiments;

Experience in programming, computer interfacing, and control of instruments by computer; and

Experience with data analysis and with communication of research findings.

Solid knowledge of cryogenic and vacuum systems laboratory practices;

Experience in primary research data analysis packages, such as: SPSS, Q, Displayr.

Experience applying advanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, drivers analysis, etc.) to solve a variety of complex problems.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Expert knowledge and application of epidemiological/health outcomes methodology within pharmaceutical industry at an international level.

Scientific expertise in oncology with knowledge of different data sources

Demonstrated expertise in analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Operationalizes study activities, including determining resources, processes, timelines, and risk management plans; and designing study materials (e.g. data collection forms).

Data extraction, cleaning, linkage, and management, including meta-data documentation

Master’s Degree in a health, social sciences, or related discipline; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Prepares knowledge translation products for academic and non-academic audiences

Experience with quantitative research and data analysis

3-5 years of experience in Antibody discovery/program development or roles directly related to the Research & Development of antibody programs

Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus

Work in a structure-based computationally driven drug discovery paradigm

Iteratively scale, rethink, and collaborate on a drug discovery engine that will scale to hundreds of programs

Work in our systems (Natural Antibody, internal tools and other computational bio tools for discovery) to design systems and scale programs

Able to manage your time well and are detailed oriented
