We are actively seeking a Senior Research Manager to join our Animal Health team.

Day-to-day project lead of medium to high complexity projects for Animal Health

Experience in primary research data analysis packages, such as: SPSS, Q, Displayr.

Experience applying advanced statistical techniques (regression analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, drivers analysis, etc.) to solve a variety of complex problems.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant subject

What are your skills and experience?

Manage the global market research budget per project, leading multiple projects concurrently

Manage/execute consumer and sensory research

Leverage & manage supplier relationships to maximize quality and value (on a project by project basis)

5+ years of experience in market research – preferably both client and supplier side

Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies/techniques

A minimum of 2 years related experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.

Writes technical reports, journal articles, and other work products, and prepares and delivers conference presentations.

Completes work independently with broadly defined work objectives and a limited review of overall results.

Ph.D. in transportation planning or engineering, public policy, sociology, economics, or other closely related social science field is desired.

4+ years of market research experience

Strong analytic skills and expertise in using Excel

Strong interpersonal and written communication skill

Serving as key client contact and proactively investigating client needs, communicating study progress, and resolving any issues

Understand the appropriate use of advanced analytics, various sampling approaches and weighting

Ensure hands-on quality control throughout the entire project process.
