We are actively seeking a Senior Research Manager to join our Animal Health team.

Role Purpose

Are you passionate about pets, data analytics and consumer behaviour? Kynetec are seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to join our team and contribute towards our mission of understanding and serving the needs of veterinarians, pet owners and their beloved companions.

Team

The Senior Research Manager will join our Subscription Services (North America Team), working closely with executive members to deliver reports, recommendations and conclusions. You will join our team of research professionals focused specifically on Animal Health markets, including colleagues specialising in technology, advanced statistics and marketing/sales strategy.

• Presents to clients (with team members) and answers client queries
• Effectively communicates client needs and project specifications to internal teams
• Focus on supporting North America clients (animal health/pet nutrition companies). This includes project management, analysis of data for insights, reporting and presentation development
• Creates impactful reports with detailed and meaningful insights, using storytelling and infographic methods where applicable
• Day-to-day project lead of medium to high complexity projects for Animal Health
• Effectively communicates details of data analysis, methodology and results to clients

Skills required

• 4+ years experience working as a Senior Research Analyst/Research Manager/Project Manager
• Experience in Animal Health/Pet Services is required for this role
• Advanced Project Management Skills is essential
• Fantastic communication skills and a client-centric approach
