What will your day look like?

As a Business Analyst you will be providing system analysis, development and production support as part of our product team.

• You will be performing research, creating technical designs and documenting requirements and test materials
• Supporting team members through the development and testing of your functional designs.
• You will be planning and leading design/mind mapping sessions and creating design documents
• Produce client-approved deliverables required in standard project development including functional requirements, training content, job aids, use cases, requirements traceability matrix, test cases and plans.
• You will participate in/lead systems analysis and gap analysis.
• You will participate as a lead team member in the planning and execution of testing, training, supporting user testing and providing internal support post release.
• Provide status reporting, quality assurance monitoring and ensure adherence to procedures
• You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements.
• You will collaborate with application developers to document systems and processes, leveraging technical content to create user- friendly documentation for customers
• You will be responsible for providing support & coaching to our clients and assisting them with the integration of their processes to our solutions.
• You will be conducting market and industry research to keep up-to-date with the latest business trends and practices.
• You will be designing functional approaches to customize functionality using our business & vendor applications
• Lead requirement gathering sessions for various areas of the application in accordance with the agreed- upon project scope
• You will be responsible for developing user stories, process flows, templates, recording meeting minutes/notes and distributing them electronically as necessary

What will you bring?

• Agile experience required: Kanban, Sprint & developing user stories
• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge- sharing and cultivating global partnerships to drive successful outcomes.
• Proven aptitude for software technology and/or applications
• Exceptional process and organizational skills with the ability to mobilize change
• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence data analysis, collaborative workspace development, automation, report and performance report development, crafting proposals or a combination of relevant professional experiences
• Excellent verbal/written communication, impeccable grammar and presentation skills
• Prior experience with Figjam
• Strong proficiency with Google suite applications
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
• University degree/certificate, preferably in a field of study in business, data analytics or engineering
• Proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for reports and dashboards.
• 25% travel required
• Proficiency in collaborating across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams within a matrix organization

Additional nice to have experience:

• Zoho suite
• Data cleansing and machine learning models
• Domo, Power BI, or other BI tools
• Knowledge of database engines
