Position: Business Solutions Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto, hybrid
Job Type: Permanent
We are hiring for a Business Solutions Analyst on behalf of one of our clients in the Real Estate Industry in Toronto.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the prioritization of requests, address requests and coordinate escalations as required
- Complete content and admin requests using the content management system
- Document knowledge articles keeping them up to date with frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting instructions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to train and support effective use of the content management system
- Work closely with solution delivery, vendor, and support teams as assigned by the Director, Business Solutions to contribute to the delivery of technology solutions
- Apply business analysis methodology to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs from key stakeholders
- Assist in Integration and Acceptance Testing, reviewing testing scripts/plans, and ensuring a quality product is delivered
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases accurately and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information
- Regularly review and update information in the database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks
- Resolve discrepancies and inconsistencies in the data
- Verify data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track data
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with working with various computer systems and databases
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- No experience required, but prior experience in data entry or related fields is a plus
Requirements of the role:
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or other technical degree
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Google Workspace Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides is an asset
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence software for requirements management is an asset
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) is an asset
