The Opportunity

We have an opening for a Business Solutions Analyst in our Digital Business Solutions team. This position can be based in one of our Denver, Colorado, or Calgary, Alberta offices. This role has accountability for partnering with our stakeholders to drive digital transformation for marketing, people and culture, digital technology, and tax departments.

What You Will Do

• Accurately assesses costs and risks of the proposed solutions
• Leverage data to help the business gain insights
• Stay at the forefront of digital technology and create proposals to digitize business processes
• Accurately involve stakeholders to assess, plan and execute digitization opportunities aligning with their business objectives
• Provides consultation on issues and requests from the business that require the implementation of a vendor solution or the creation of a custom solution
• Contribution to the improvement in organizational digital culture and mindset
• Differentiates and understands both strategic and tactical business needs
• Prepares requirements documentation for highly complex work

The Requirements

• Minimum ten years of technical business analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• A minimum of five years of experience working in the oil and gas industry

• A strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.

Pay Ranges

• USD: $108,700 - $147,000
• CAD: $94,300 - $127,500
