Manage project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

Interprets and communicates customer requirements to enable development of services and operational capabilities to support new customers and business opportunities

Prior relevant work experience or working knowledge of the Tax & Accounting industry including familiarity with terminology, principles and practices

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

This is a hybrid remote role requiring working onsite at our Toronto office location twice per week*

Manages and drives a sales team to meet and exceed quota (approximately $5 million)

Formal education in software development or equivalent work experience;

Demonstrable software development experience including having worked on at least one major enterprise application through the full SDLC;

2+ years experience with C#;

Working experience with ASP.Net and MVC;

Knowledge of REST API design and consumption;

Experience with JavaScript, WPF, Entity Framework, unit testing will all be considered an asset;

Support engineering management in resource planning (people and materials), as well as driving execution, including time-to-market and R&D efficiency

Knowledge of relevant domains such as high performance computing, machine learning, and GPU software development

In-depth knowledge of best practices in software development, including testing, profiling, debugging, documentation, version control, issue tracking, and planning

Good presentation and leadership skills with the ability to lead technical discussions

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Experience managing complex, interrelated software projects and programs using agile methodologies

You have prior experience in dealing with Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and Distributors.

You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

Minimum 3 years of experience within a Sales (B2C) or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the IT Software industry.

Experience in National Sales would be a strong advantage.

Experience selling Citrix and/or VMware technologies or working for a software vendor selling SaaS solutions is a plus.

You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Canada.

-Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory design requirements.

-Must have strong formal writing skills and have experience in organizing written technical reports.

-Must have good presentation skills and experience in conducting training sessions for clients.

-Manage and coordinate product fabrication and shipping to site.

-Must have minimum 2 years professional experience with technical product support that included end-user

-Must have strong organizational skills and ability for self-checking of work.

Knowledge of data management, aggregation, and analysis techniques

Solid knowledge and experience in Power BI / Tableau will be an asset

Manages the manufacturer subvention invoicing process for all Indirect Auto Manufacturer partners:

Develops, implements, and manages the process of processing billing records and generating invoices and flat files for the manufacturer partners.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Apache Hive and Excel is required

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including transactional experience.

Ability to lead change management efforts and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work with the finance teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects.

Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of SAP S/4HANA Finance systems and improvement projects.

Experience in program management, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or strategic planning in a SaaS Company

Degree in Business Management, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

Software project management or software experience using agile

2. Sales and Business Development:

Excellent computer and information and technology skills, including MS Office applications. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills are a strong asset.

Strong knowledge of legislation and principles pertaining to health and safety

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop and present material for and to different audiences.

Attention to detail, effective organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

At least 5 years of proven experience in SaaS-like products, ideally in a solution management or similar role

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Lead and manage a team of solution engineers dedicated to supporting clients in integrating the Sequence stack into their products

Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of solution engineers or equivalent technical support staff

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Project Management experience an asset

Manage product backlog on assigned products in development

Work with the Manager, Product Solutions to provide product solutions representation on projects

Consult with Implementation Manager on product solutions competitive analysis, product enhancements, rollouts, and training guides for client facing tools

Consult and support the Marketing Manager on the creation and delivery of all marketing materials
