Bilingual Payroll and Benefits Administrator - Permanent - 16264

Our client, who is a large organization located downtown Ottawa is looking for a bilingual Payroll and Benefits Administrator. You would be responsible for all aspects of payroll and benefits for the organization.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure remittances and government reports for statutory deductions and other benefits meet requirements
• Ensure employee file coordination and tracking of on-going issues
• Lead the administration of the payroll processing
• Lead the administration of group insurance benefits including enrolments, terminations, invoice processing and reporting

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Payroll association certification
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Knowledge of best practices and trends in payroll administration and benefits
• Knowledge of the various legislation, regulations and policies relevant to compensation and benefits
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll and benefit administration
