Human Resources Services are currently looking to staff the Pay and Benefits Advisor position.
In this role, you will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of pay and benefits services. To be successful, you will need to remain calm under pressure and have a client-centric approach to your work. You will also need to be a problem solver with an analytical mind and be willing to help your colleagues, when required.

As the first line of service, our dynamic and people-driven team works to provide Pay and benefit services to Members of Parliament and their staff, the House Administration in order to make a difference in people’s lives. - Training and development opportunities

Education:
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field (i.e. Human Resources, Finance, Administration) or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in pay administration.
Experience:
- Experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, collective agreement provisions on terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedures in human resources or related field;
- Experience using Pay or HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with and knowledge of pay, pension and benefits administration;
Assets:
- Completion of a relevant training and/or certification with the Canadian Payroll Association.
- Experience working with Phoenix;
