Job Overview

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. Their primary role is to maintain and manage payroll records, calculate wages, and ensure that employees are paid correctly and on time

Job Details

Job Responsibilities

• Payroll Compliance
• Updating Policies Staying informed about changes in payroll laws and policies and updating company payroll procedures accordingly.
• Data Entry Entering employee work hours, absences, bonuses, commissions, and other relevant data into the payroll system.
• Payroll Processing Processing payroll on a regular schedule
• Calculations Calculating employee salaries, wages, deductions, and taxes based on time worked and other factors.
• Record Maintenance Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, tax forms, and other relevant documentation.
• Deductions and Benefits Handling deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement contributions, and other withholdings.
• Generating Reports Preparing payroll reports for management and accounting purposes.
• Payroll Inquiries Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, including paycheck issues and tax withholding queries.
