Job Title: Technical Network Project Manager
:
We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Network Project Manager with a strong background in Network Device Authentication. As a Technical Network Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering network projects, ensuring their successful implementation and completion. Your expertise in network infrastructure and device authentication will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of network projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security specialists, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in network device authentication methodologies, ensuring the implementation of secure and reliable authentication protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure network equipment and software, ensuring timely delivery and compatibility with project requirements.
- Collaborate with network engineers to design and configure network infrastructure, considering authentication protocols, security measures, and scalability.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to network infrastructure and device authentication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technical Network Project Manager, with a strong focus on network infrastructure and device authentication.
- Solid understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience in implementing network device authentication protocols such as 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, or similar technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex network projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to network security and authentication (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) is desirable.
