What You Will Do

At Baseband, our aim is to develop and deliver software solutions for Mobile Networks that gives our customers a competitive advantage. Together with our global sites we are thousands of people with focus on creating a better tomorrow by improving the connected society!

We engage in the complete feature flow, from early phase concept development to systemization and design. We use simulators to optimize signal processing algorithms and radio resource management but also collect and analyze data from customer networks and solve customer problems.

Every day, we strive to make our products and way of working better than yesterday, cooperating efficiently, innovating to find new opportunities and achieving outstanding feature performance. To take the next step in expanding our capabilities, we are seeking a creative, and encouraging System Project Manager to join our exciting journey. Our 18-months Early Career gives you an outstanding opportunity to shape the future for Ericsson 5G Radio Access Network functionality. Your home unit will be in Canada including different rotations and one international assignment.

The program will focus on developing your skills as a leader from different perspectives, such as people, strategic and technology leadership. During the program you will be mentored by one of our leaders and attend several learning modules, both online and on site. As the world is constantly evolving, one of your tasks will be to lead different change initiatives, along with coaching and developing individuals, teams and organizations.

• Mobile communication system experience is considered as a merit
• Interest in innovation with the ability to think creatively
• Desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• MSc or PhD in an Engineering field & 0-3 years work experience
• A global mentality and willingness to relocate internationally
• Leadership skills either from industry, academia or social activities
• Solid communication skills and proficiency in English

This role reports to a Line Manager in Baseband.
