Senior Business Analyst (Order to Cash (SAP OTC))

Role

Reporting to the Order to Cash Business Architect under the program, the Business Analyst (“BA”) will work with the functional team to analyze, define, validate and document current Order to Cash processes. The Business Analyst understands the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitates the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. The BA bridges the needs of the business partners with the use of IT and identifies options for designing and improving business systems. This individual understands business processes, process analysis/management, and their related IT requirements.

Responsibility

• Validation of data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA
• Analyze and document functional requirements through analysis of current SAP ECC programs and functions
• Identify the current and future-state business processes

Skills

• Client Management: Experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business teams; can consolidate business requirements and translate them into IT deliverables
• Experience working with SAP ECC including code analysis
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analyst role and / or in other relevant roles within IT on of a range of mid-to-large size initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality
• Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills, ability to influence
• Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships as well as managing and resolving conflict

• Knowledge in SAP OTC processes
