About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the ‘go-to partner’ for commercializing medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Key Account Manager (Oncology) to join our team in Canada, covering the province of Ontario.
The role will be of interest to highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
The Key Account Manager (Oncology) will be responsible for cultivating productive and collaborative relationships with HCPs (Healthcare Practitioners) and key stakeholders. They will act as a primary point of contact for each customer and support by providing clinical information about our product, educational information, clinic training programs and resources. Importantly, they will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to supporting patients' accessibility to medicine.
The Key Account Manager (Oncology) will have broad responsibilities, requiring a highly credible and experienced leader who relishes accountability, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial approach to achieving their objectives.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and tactics, as outlined by Marketing and agreed-upon corporate priorities
- Consistent demonstration and embodiment of company core values: Entrepreneurship, Speed, and Integrity.

- Effectively utilize a blend of multi-channel tools and channels, including digital, to support customer engagement, disease understanding and brand awareness

- Develop and propose innovative, customer-insight-driven proposals to the organization to develop the business at a local level
- Contribute to making ADVANZ PHARMA a desired place to work.
- Develop and execute Regional Business Plan that is customized to territory needs and priorities, and places the patient at the center of any initiatives and efforts
- Embrace challenge and change, applying a growth mindset approach.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Advanz’s products, Patient Support Program, reimbursement landscape and stay abreast of key market challenges/trends
- Effectively cultivate productive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs)
- Ensure adherence toAdvanz compliance framework and relevant industry/country laws /codes of conduct
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Patient Support Program personnel as required to optimize overall commercial success within the region
- Continuously build understanding of HCP needs and expectations, territory landscape, market dynamics
- Have a bias for action and fast decision making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, in science or business
- Valid driver’s license and passport
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Efficient time management, record keeping, resource utilization
- Extraordinary commitment to a positive HCP experience and standards of excellence
- Scientific acumen and proficiency in effective communication of complex disease and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively across all business functions with an open, honest, and respectful cooperation
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and project management skills
- 3+ years Specialty Sales experience,Equivalent experience can be work experience in the healthcare field (Oncology experience is desirable); or medical device sales
- A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change
- Ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and use a data-driven approach to inform strategic decisions
- Product launch experience
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the reimbursement of fulfillment pathways for complex generics
- Must be at ease with technology for the use of various tools and systems to perform day-to-day tasks
- Strong understanding of how patient support program’s function, with experience in working collaboratively with different aspects of patient support programs
- Ability to have fun and thrive in a growing, unique, and inclusive work environment
- Excellent engagement and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to execute against business goals
- Deep knowledge of the broader reimbursement environment
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for interacting with healthcare providers
- Learning agility and ‘scalability’, with a desire to continuously improve and develop as ADVANZ grows
