We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging security technologies
- Develop and execute strategies to target and engage prospects
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase JMS Security's services
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver custom security solutions that meet clients' needs
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events)
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and consistently work towards achieving sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the security industry
