Outbound Sales Representative Jobs

We are looking for a Senior Sales Rep. to lead our winter sales division.

Compensation Structure:

$70,000 base plus competitive commission structure. Other perks include a company vehicle, gas card, cellphone and computer.

Markstone Landscaping is a West-GTHA contractor looking to build up our winter business. With over 10 years of experience, we are a trusted name in residential construction servicing Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville and Burlington. We are now focused on becoming a top contender for winter property management projects in the municipal and industrial sector space in the West-GTHA.

Primary Duties include:

• You will be cold calling when times are slow, but will also have an inside sales rep feeding you leads.
• You will be working on RFP's for municipal contracts.
• All the other fun stuff about being an excellent sales rep.
• Account management. From the first point of contact to the time you retire with us.
• Calling and knocking on doors - B2B (not an in office style sales role)
• Finding decision makers and showing them why Markstone is their best choice

Requirements:

• Life of the party - excellent communication skills with an ability to stand out from everyone else in the room.
• Minimum 3 years experience lead screening / qualifying required
• Sales Hunter - always searching for the next sale and opportunity to build the business.
• Experience with Monday.com, Sales Force, LMN, or other CRM platform, an asset
