Job Description

As an Outbound Sales Executive in the Telecom Industry, your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and close contracts for roaming agreements with other telecommunications companies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within these companies, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


In addition to contract negotiations and sales, you will be expected to provide business analysis to internal stakeholders and clients, utilizing your strong Excel skills to create and present data-driven reports and recommendations. You will work closely with other departments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure that customer needs and market trends are being met.


What you will do:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Find new suppliers and customers for Telna’s Multi IMSI Roaming Hub
  • Negotiate international roaming agreements and preferred IOTs with potential roaming partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs and market trends are being met.
  • Perform Internal IREG/TADIG follow ups
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new Network Partners, and own the development of commercial relationships, negotiations of commercial agreements and wholesale sales initiatives.
  • Managing commercial arrangements and relationships for national and international calling, to ensure competitive interconnection rates.
  • Manage the relationship with Roaming partners, IMSI sponsors and customers
  • Support in relationship management with Strategic Partners by providing accurate and timely business reporting.
  • Manage the relationship with multiple services suppliers and regular follow up with DCH/FCH GRX, IPX vendors
  • Negotiate and close contracts for roaming agreements with other telecommunications companies.
  • Implementing new interconnects and Mobile Number Portability (MNP) with operators ensuring regulatory compliance and commercial objectives.
  • Consolidate, analyze and present data from various databases.
  • Provide business analysis utilizing strong Excel skills to create data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Represent Telna at various industry events
  • Deliver robust and accurate analysis of business performance for Telna’s network connectivity business identifying risks, issues and opportunities across regions.

What do you have:


  • Experience in the telecom industry
  • Commercially astute, understanding, building, and explaining business cases to key stakeholders
  • Strong business development, critical analysis, business analysis, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively work in a dynamic team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team in an international environment
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business.
