The Senior Operations Business Analyst is a key member of the operations team who partners cross-functionally to enable business strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate helps maintain seamless collaboration among teams and continuity across the customer engagement lifecycle through data analysis and insights. Additionally, the role is responsible for the stewardship of the revenue technology stack, related integrations, and data and workflows. This role is for a passionate, hands-on self-starter who sets aggressive goals and is driven to succeed personally and professionally; focused on productivity and deeply committed to quality, integrity, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain documentation, flowcharts, and roadmaps for workflows and automations..
  • Contribute to enablement training and continued support for stakeholders affected by new systems and processes..
  • Prepare ad hoc reports that detail sales pipeline, billings, product usage, and overall performance across specific account groups..
  • Build, execute, and manage automations, inclusive of account list segmentations, within the revenue technology stack to power revenue growth programs..
  • Drive workflow and data analyses to identify business challenges and opportunities; actively participate in defining and implementing resulting action plans..
  • Advise on new and existing initiatives as the marketing and sales (revenue) technology SME, turning business requirements into system enablement..
  • Use best practices to establish and maintain scalable marketing campaign and lead-to-sales management with a focus on account-based engagement..
What You Need To Succeed
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Pardot; DemandBase; knowledge of Salesforce and native analytics tools..
  • Detail-oriented, with clear and proven track record of cross functional collaboration to deliver on-time results..
  • Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of related experience at a B2B Technology Software company..
  • A keen interest and understanding of the B2B Software & Services customer lifecycle..
  • A high-integrity individual and a self-starter that can work efficiently, managing multiple priorities and executing with speed..
  • Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple teams, prioritizing and organizing competing assignments for both self and stakeholders..
  • Ability to work as a team player, with high emotional Intelligence. .
  • Ability to think and communicate clearly about complex and technical projects and processes; skilled at translating business requirements and goals into operational and technical requirements..
  • Demonstrable experience analyzing and interpreting data to identify quick wins and pull out the next hurdle..
