Skills, Experiences And Functional Competencies

Expert knowledge of FX Options, OTC Equities and Interest Rate Derivatives’ ISDA trade confirmations

Strong knowledge of ISDA Definitions, related templates and the ability to interpret and apply them to transactions

Computer programming and data management skills.

Knowledge of engineering principles, economics, and business administration.

Must have experience in ITRON IEE and SAP for use in billing

Knowledge of relevant sections of OEB Codes, IESO Market Rules, and IESO Program Rules

Knowledge of wholesale market and retail market billing and settlements

Knowledge of metering, billing and settlement processes

Working with the Management Team to ensure pharmacy standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the stockroom.

Planning and preparation for OTC Inventory Management.

Works effectively with management team.

Maintaining the pharmacy OTC section standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.

Previous retail experience (including responsibility for purchasing, Loss Prevention, as well as inventory control) for a minimum of 1 year

Analyze and document functional requirements through analysis of current SAP ECC programs and functions

Experience working with SAP ECC including code analysis

Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance, accounting or related fields.

Manage and train team members on different forms of payments and help them to become efficient using various banking systems.

Strong computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is particularly an asset.

Experience and understanding of Fund Expense processes, including fee calculation and billing activities.

1-3 years relevant experience, or a new Graduate with Finance degree or education

Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements

In-depth PC skills (MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or any other accounting related software

Prepare and analyze records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting/standards

Follow policies and procedures to execute day to day transactions, activities, processes and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
