Creation Technologies is a leading global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider. Our 14 business units span across four countries and many customers. We are seeking a manager to oversee the Kinaxis-Rapid Response Application portfolio in our Business Systems Group.


In this role you will be coordinating, managing, and leading various supply chain integration projects to implement best-in-class solutions and automations within Kinaxis-Rapid Response. Hands-on experience of working on Kinaxis Rapid Response is a MUST.


This is a full-time role, will be reporting to Director of Business Systems. This role can be based anywhere in the US or Canada. May require about travel 0 - 25 %


Responsibilities


  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team
  • Architect, develop, deploy, and support Kinaxis Rapid Response Application
  • Conduct code reviews and implement proper change management procedures
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the development team
  • Establish relationships with key vendors to develop and maintain a development roadmap for the platform
  • Lead architect on Kinaxis - Rapid Response implementations across multiple Creation Technologies manufacturing sites
  • Ensure best practices for coding and architecture are employed consistently by the development team
  • Manage, mentor, educate, and coach the Kinaxis Rapid Response development team on good development practices and career performance

Qualifications & Skills
  • Led and managed at least one full Kinaxis Rapid Response implementations
  • Deep functional/domain expertise in configurations, training, knowledge transfer and documentations within Kinaxis
  • 10 or more years of industry experience
  • Supply Planning
  • Prepare and review documentations
  • Production Planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain
  • Gather business requirements
  • Kinaxis technical certification is preferred but not required.
  • Lead Functional Design approval and Change Management processes
  • Understanding of Quote-to-Book, Book-To-Fulfill & Procure-To-Pay processes
  • Strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution
  • Functional expertise in the following areas:
  • A good understanding of EMS & Contract Manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Lead and participate in:
  • Inventory Planning
  • Demand Planning
  • Deep knowledge of data needs and development for Kinaxis Rapid Response
  • 5+ years in leadership role managing and deploying projects within Kinaxis-Rapid Response is a MUST
  • Assist business teams during UAT
