Bachelor’s degree in information technology, accounting/finance coursework, computer engineering, or related field of study, or 7+ years of relevant experience

Experience transitioning technologies into IT that are currently managed by other functions

Proven and demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, and effective management of technology projects

Review performance of supported applications to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements. Benchmark, analyze and recommend improvements

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for management and direction of staff, including planning, staffing, training, and performance reviews

Project coordination and management, ensuring schedule scope and budget are adhered to throughout project lifecycles including contract review and vendor management.

Manage the development, maintenance, and execution of annual, quarterly management plans and review monthly to ensure objectives are being met.

Ensure the management of data protection policies, compliance and controls are adhered to within the Enterprise Application landscape.

Experience turning data into actionable insights

Experience with data analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Fullstory, etc

3+ years' application experience: Incident; Problem; Change Management; Knowledge; Service Catalog; CMDB.

Project management: Run medium-sized projects that improve our ability to make better data driven insights or make the company more efficient.
