Proven experience in a senior account management role, ideally in a marketing firm specializing in media and ad buys.

Conduct code reviews and implement proper change management procedures

Lead Functional Design approval and Change Management processes

Manage, mentor, educate, and coach the Kinaxis Rapid Response development team on good development practices and career performance

Manage day-to-day activities of the development team

Knowledge of, and experience with, payroll systems, HR and other clerical systems

Salary: $25.00/hr. @ 18.5/hr. per week (non-benefited position) position is remote and on campus

MS Office certification and or AS/AA Degree or progress toward a degree preferred,

Experience using live chat software.

Experience working in a community college.
