Your mission:
Join our team as Manager of Applications Support and lead the way we provide exceptional service and support to our internal users. Your day-to-day:
- Establish, recommend, and implement policies to ensure quality, timely and efficient design of customer-oriented services.
- Serve as the primary contact and bridge between customers and IT development teams.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to architect cutting-edge software solutions.
- Uphold and monitor adherence to IT and SOX policies and procedures.
- Monitor team workloads, prioritize escalations, and meet established SLAs.
- Thrive in an Agile environment, juggling multiple projects with finesse.
- Lead and inspire a team of Applications Support specialists.
- Elevate internal customer service experience and stimulate organic growth.
- Drive customer support and continuous improvement for Oracle and in-house applications.
- Resolve escalated issues and unique requests with promptness and precision.
- Create comprehensive documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Play an active role in testing and deploying applications and systems.
Your profile:
- General understanding of web servers, application servers, and databases.
- Expertise in Oracle ERP functional and technical support, including complex system interfaces.
- Self-motivated team player with a result-oriented mindset.
- Bonus: Familiarity with .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web-related programming languages.
- College or University diploma in Programming, Computer Science or Administration.
- Proficient in Oracle technologies: PL/SQL, Report Builder, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, JDeveloper, ADF, Java programming.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
- Experience with major SQL technologies, and general knowledge of Linux, AIX, and Windows environments.
- Infuse the team with your energy and passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Bilingual (English & French).
- Exceptional organizational abilities, problem-solving acumen, and attention to detail.
- 10+ years of ERP experience, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on Oracle Cloud (Financials, Procurement, and Human Capital Management).
- Familiarity with Oracle System Administration and using Oracle Cloud APIs.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP systems.
