Job Description

Must Have:


  • A current Quality Assurance (QA) certification from one or more of the recognized leaders in QA competency, such as:
  • A current Business Analyst certification from one or more of the recognized leaders in business analysis competency.
  • Experience performing Agile Business Systems Analyst activities related to training and documentation.
  • Experience supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies.
  • Minimum 5 years of Relevant experience.
  • Experience performing Agile Business Systems Analyst activities related to application lifecycle management.
  • Experience performing Agile Business Systems Analyst activities related to strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Recent experience (in the last eight years) in an Agile Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst role.
  • Experience performing Agile Business Systems Analyst activities related to user story development and backlog refinement.
  • Experience modernizing service delivery agencies through deep and meaningful co-creation with customers to develop reimagined digital capabilities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with teams that leveraged Agile delivery approaches.
