Title: Bilingual Agile Coach
Location: Montreal , QC (Hybrid- 1 day per week from office)
Type: Long Term Contract (1.5+ years)

Key points/Highlights:
Required :
- Have more than 7 years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Fully Bilingual with French and English
- Have experience in delivering Agile coaching in a transforming organization
- Strong Agile Scrum expertise
- Strong Kanban expertise
- Strong SAFe expertise
- Have experience setting up Product mode and provide examples
- Excellent expertise for everything related to product backlog management
- Excellent communication skills with different profiles (senior management, technical expert, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA (?/10 and detail experience)
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA Advanced Roadmap (?/10 and detail experience)
- Excellent knowledge of Confluence (?/10 and detail experience)
- Excellent knowledge of X-Ray (?/10 and detail experience)
- Leadership at the level of the organization and the structure of the PIs and in support of the RTE
- Ability to train/facilitate/workshop leader towards all stakeholders. Provide examples
- Have assessed the maturity of the teams (cells)
- Have participated in practice improvement meetings
- Have developed and presented the improvement target monitoring dashboard
- Have established targets and prioritize actions/target
Job description:
•Develop a portrait of the product unit and the skills center by conducting meetings related to agility;
•Develop a portrait of the teams (cells) by making observations and/or meetings related to agility (delivery cycle, indicators, tools, process, prioritization, work in progress, maturity, etc.);
•Participate in practice improvement meetings;
•Develop and present the improvement target monitoring dashboard.
