About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Coordinator, Office of the President & CEO, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Office of the President & CEO and may provide support to other members of the Executive Leadership Team and their Executive Assistants. As the first point of contact for clients/visitors, calling in or visiting the Provincial Office, this role will create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, providing high-level, comprehensive and professional customer service that reflects NSH’s vision and mission.

About The Opportunity

About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Diploma in a recognized office administration, business administration, secretarial program, or equivalent
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, internet, technology for meeting planning, and skills related to all facets of modern office practices and technology
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience, providing reception, administrative support and office co-ordination, preferably within healthcare and within an integrated service model provided throughout several locations with multiple partners and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and with a larger team
