Job Description
Administrative Assistant in Caledonia
Are you a strong administrator looking to work with a small, family oriented company? Do you have the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively? Would you consider yourself a compassionate individual with interest in working in the financial industry? If so, we want to hear from you?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Caledonia. This position is a full time permanent role with lots of room for growth and offering an excellent compensation package. The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset, be client focused, will be comfortable with tight deadlines, be very detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Documentation and organization of all client and business-related activities
  • Work with a team and complete tasks as needed
  • Assist in the creation of seminars and other marketing activities
  • Maintain filing system and office procedures
  • Communicate with clients, prospective clients and financial institutions
  • Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain contact lists and client files
  • Aid with processing of financial transactions
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently but also take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience as an administrative or office assistant is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
